‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3, episode 10 preview: Storybrooke is back, but is Henry the same?

The latest -Next week, “Once Upon a Time” returns to a place that has always been the center of the series: Storybrooke. The tiny Maine town is back as the central setting, and on the surface, that appears to be very much a good thing. But, it’s not going to take a whole lot of time before some of these characters start to realize that there is all sorts of trouble that still remains.

For one, we have to handle the fact that Henry is not really Henry anymore. Peter Pan is in his body, and while Emma may realize that something is wrong with the boy, she may not be able to figure out just what that is. Meanwhile, is she going to figure out in time that Henry is trapped in Pan’s body? The easy temptation is going to be to point her gun at him and try to vanquish him back from where he came.

While these two questions are clearly the biggest ones worth asking right now, there are also a bevy of other interesting little odds and ends that are worth discussing when it comes to this episode. For one, what in the world is going to happen now with Belle and Rumpelstiltskin? Even though they may be back together for now, that can be fleeting if something else were to befall them. There is also the issue of Ariel, and whether or not she is going to find Prince Eric within the next two episodes. If she does, is she really going to stay in the town with everyone else, or start to travel around the world the way in which Eric originally promised her.

There are so many questions, but for now, only two more episodes this fall. After that, it is hiatus time until the second part of the season debuts next year.
