ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 3, episode 7 video: Who is kissing Quinn?
Is Quinn really about to get a new love on “Scandal” this season, or are we looking at something far more devious? At the moment, that really is the question that you should be asking yourselves, based on the new sneak peek that we have for you below from Thursday night’s new episode.
In this video (which was first posted by TV Guide), you get an opportunity to see Katie Lowes’ character struggling with what is her new mission to track down Charlie. She is already upset that she does not have the support of her typical partner / mentor in Huck (who has been a wee bit occupied as of late with Operation Remington), and that is what has forced her to operate based on some of her own skills alone. But when Charlie catches her, he is quick to … kiss her? Yeah, that is a little bit unusual, and there are really just a few simple theories one can make to explain what is going on here.
1. Quinn is just trying to play him – Maybe she put herself in a position where she knew that he would make a move like this, and given his ties to Rowan, this is an easy way to catch him with his guard down.
2. Charlie is just trying to play her – Quinn is still somewhat naive when it comes to matters of the heart, so this could be the perfect opportunity for him to take advantage of her, and basically do the same thing to her that we suggested she was going to do to him. This is, after all, what makes this entire situation so complicated.
These two characters are playing a back-and-forth game and what is a pretty tricky time, at least when you consider that Quinn is also trying to figure out the best thing to do when it comes to her relationship with her fellow Gladiators … or are now in a great position these days, given Olivia Pope’s current status and role in Josie’s campaign.
