ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 3, episode 8 preview: Is Daniel proposing to someone else?

Just in case the story on “Revenge” season 3 was not intense enough, next week’s episode is going to focus primarily on Emily Throne’s bridal shower. Is this exciting? Sure, but it could also be potentially horrifying for some of the character. The wedding could be over before it even begins, and it could all be something as simple as Daniel developing feelings for someone else. It’s not something complicated, and therefore something that Emily is going to have a very difficult time trying to control it.

This episode is entitled “Secrecy,” and secrets related to almost everything are going to be leading the charge. Everyone has a past, after all, and not all of them may be clear just yet. Before we do anything else, let’s start with the task here of sharing the full synopsis for the episode:

“Victoria eagerly throws Emily a bridal shower that neither of them will soon forget. And when Daniel grows more distant, Emily has to take drastic measures.”

Now, the promo is where things start to become both incredibly complicated and incredibly interesting. It looks almost like Daniel is proposing marriage to Sarah! Can you do that while being engaged to someone else? Maybe this is all a shrewd camera trick designed to make us think that something different is happening from what actually is. It also teases that Margaux is going to have a much more important role than it was first suggested, as the information that she knows about everyone will prove to be valuable.

There are only a few episodes left now until the wedding is over, and we find out just who fired those gunshots and why. This has been a great season, and it is going to only get better and better from here on out.
