‘Hart of Dixie’ season 3, episode 4 preview: What’s next for Rachel Bilson, Wilson Bethel

Zoe -Monday night’s “Hart of Dixie” season 3 episode can be seen in some ways as a course correction for some of the characters. For one example, Zoe finally got her job back with Brick at the practice, and no longer has to worry about wandering around BlueBell with Joel and no occupation to go along with it. Meanwhile, Lemon took her own road away from the Belles, and that is going to set up a very entertaining episode airing next week entitled “Help Me Make It Through the Night.” Is there some double-meaning here? There is some romance involved (it wouldn’t be “Hart of Dixie” without it), but it could also be a representation of just how Annabeth is feeling following an event that impacts her health.

Before we get too much deeper into particulars now, let’s start by sharing what is the official synopsis courtesy of The CW:

“After Lemon’s (Jaime King) fallout with the Belles, she is blacklisted from the  Junior League Halloween Masquerade party, so she calls her Grandma Bettie (guest star Maree Cheatham, “Days of Our Lives”) for help and lands herself a date with another of Alabama’s most eligible bachelors.  Lavon (Cress Williams) has a big  surprise for his anniversary with AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black), but when she has a  health scare, she turns to Zoe (Rachel Bilson) to help her out.  Meanwhile, during the party, George (Scott Porter) has to do damage control with the town  judges and Wade (Wilson Bethel) keeps finding himself in trouble with ineligible  ladies.”

The guest star is reason enough to be excited for soap fans, right? Well, the promo below should also service that cause, as you get a look at some awesome Halloween costumes, a kiss, and Zoe saying “oy.” There are going to be plenty of reasons to, after all, given that Wade is going to be hitting on married women. While we don’t think that Joel is awful by any means, it still feels like Zoe and Wade are the eventual endgame here. Fans of Rachel Bilson and Wilson Bethel, don’t be too discouraged just yet.
