‘Elementary’ season 2, episode 2 preview: It’s like ‘Numb3rs,’ but not!

The latest -Did you enjoy the foray to London for the “Elementary” season 2 premiere? It’s a tad strange to have two London-set premieres in one night (as we also had “Parks and Recreation” do the same exact thing), but next week, get ready to see Jonny Lee Miller and company settle down and venture back into something that they know very well: Solving cases in a setting that is a bit more familiar for everyone involved.

To us, the episode airing next week feels almost like a dark, twisted combination of “Breaking Bad” and “Numb3rs,” as we are going to have the unique combination of mathematics and meth. Is the show trying to send us some sort of lesson about putting the two together? While that would be both hilarious and horribly wrong, we doubt it.

If you do want to see some more scoop pertaining to the episode even before you get to the promo, just look at the synopsis below:

“When a well-respected mathematician is found dead, Holmes and Watson set out to solve a murder and the purpose of the highly guarded equation he was trying to decipher. Meanwhile, Watson is conflicted when the son of a former patient approaches her for a loan.”

Ultimately, there is not really altogether much to say about the promo unless you are a fan of shirtless Holmes. If that is the case, we imagine that this is an investigation that you will certainly want to conduct. This should make for a fun hour of TV.
