‘American Horror Story: Coven’ spoilers: Zachary Quinto still waiting for the call

The latest -It’s not very hard to figure out that Ryan Murphy likes to be good to his own when it comes to casting “American Horror Story” seasons. Just look at the cast for the upcoming “Coven” season for some more evidence of that.

However, there is still one man that many diehard fans of the franchise are waiting to see appear on the show, and he is someone who was an enormous part of the show last year in addition to an important guest spot during the very first season: Zachary Quinto. Could the man behind “Bloody Face” be back in any capacity? We’re sure that this is a question that he answers on a daily basis, but the actor tells TVLine that for now, there is no plan in place for him to be back:

“No plans so far, but we’ll see how that goes as the season unfolds. I’m always open to it. I’ve been so grateful for the opportunity to work with all those people, so if I can do it again I would love to.”

Quinto is also very busy right now starring on Broadway in “The Glass Menagerie,” so there could also be some scheduling issues to take into consideration if they really wanted to make such a casting work. Given that the show will be filming for much of the rest of the fall, though, there are still a number of opportunities. If nothing else, we would love to see him turn up just for an episode or two in order for him to keep the streak alive.
