‘Big Brother 16’ speculation: We suggest some possible duos to bring back

Moving on -As we introduced yesterday, one of our hopes in talking about “Big Brother 16” (which will be on the air next summer) is to brainstorm some of the possible combinations of players who come could back yet again. While the show is casting, we have a good feeling that at least part (if not all) of the show next year will feature returning players after this mess of a season.

Yesterday, we chronicled the 16 best players to return who have yet to be given a shot to come back. Today, we’re going “Big Brother 13” style and talking about duos. This is a way to not only bring back good players and have it be fair that an ally is joining them, but it may also help to get back people (like Elissa) who may not be that willing to play otherwise.

Agree or disagree with our choices? Just be sure to share your thoughts below!

Rachel Rachel and Elissa Slater – We don’t quite imagine that Brendon would go back thanks to his Ph.D commitments, and this may actually be more interesting anyway. There are not many great two-female duos, and this is one of the better ones

Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd – Well, you may as well put them on here. CBS is going to include them anyway based on just how popular that they are.

Daniele Donato and Dominic Briones – We don’t really think that Dani Donato wants to play again with her dad, so why not allow her and her husband to come out and play again? He never really got a chance last time, and being with all veterans would be nice.

Amanda Zuckerman and McCrae Olsen – Just the idea of seeing Amanda implode with all of these other controlling players would be supremely entertaining. McCrae, meanwhile, would be a great candidate to win this season, since he would hardly be seen as a threat.

Danielle Reyes and Marcellas Reynolds – Given that we want to see Danielle back, this is a perfect pairing. Plus, it gives Marcellas a little bit of an opportunity for redemption.

Dan Gheesling and Memphis Garrett – Since we are talking pure fantasy at this point, we might as well bring back a guy in Dan who claims that he is done from doing “Big Brother.” The only way that we could see him ever considering this is with a cast like this, so we’ll include him for the fun of it.

Mike “Boogie” Malin and Dr. Will Kirby – Since we’re already in the world of fantasy, may as well include Chilltown. Easily, they are the most-famous alliance in reality TV history, and to see them go up against some other iconic players would make for great entertainment.

Britney Haynes and Janelle Pierzina – We thought about putting some of the Friendship on here, but does anyone really want to see them again? We’re going to hope for the best for Britney in a difficult time in her life, and that maybe when things are a little bit better for her and her family she will be able and interested in coming back to play. We’re hoping also that the two can patch things up, since Britney later realized that turning on Janelle was a huge mistake in her game.
