‘Two and a Half Men’ season 11 spoilers: First photo of Amber Tamblyn

Take a look -Two and a Half Men” may be a show that relies heavily on the same old jokes time and time again, but it is also a show that has to adjust for changes in its cast. When Charlie Sheen was unceremoniously kicked to the curb after his series of problems with creator Chuck Lorre, Ashton Kutcher came on and replaced him. While Angus T. Jones was not removed in the same exact capacity, his role as Jake Harper is being filled in spirit (at least in some ways) by none other than former “Joan of Arcadia” star Amber Tamblyn.

In the first photo to the left from the show (via Yahoo! TV), you can see Tamblyn arriving to Walden’s home as Jenny, the long-lost lesbian daughter of Charlie who never knew her father, but is looking for an opportunity to start some sort of life for herself in California as an actress.

Given that we have Alan here answering the door rather than Walden, this is probably not a good thing when it comes to ensuring that Walden’s home is free of any more roommates. We already know that Alan has no qualms over offering up property that doesn’t belong to him, and he will gladly welcome Jenny in regardless of whether or not she ends up living there permanently. We anticipate tension forming, but given that Tamblyn has signed on for at least six episodes and maybe more as the character, we imagine that Walden must have found a way to accept that she is living there for the time being. Who knows? Maybe he also sees this new roommate as another source of company in what may be a lonely part of his life after what happened with Kate last season.

So far, most of Tamblyn’s co-stars have had nothing but praise for her, and the show is going to waste no time starting on Thursday, September 26 introducing us to this part to the world.
