Usually during “Glee” filming, Lea Michele is one of the most-reliable sources out there for information. While she of course doesn’t drop anything in the way of major spoilers, she does often allow for a little bit of insight into who is recording songs with who, and who may be filming scenes at or around the same time. It’s a nice bit of added insight for those who struggle in the lengthy offseason of the show.
Thanks largely to the aftermath of Cory Monteith’s dead, Lea is staying a little bit quieter than usual throughout her first few days of production; however, she did present via Twitter a first look of her character Rachel on the show’s set. This appears to be a look at her in her converted apartment, and it includes the caption of “feels so good to be home.” While there could be sad memories associated with being on the same set that she first met her future boyfriend, there is also a community of so many loving and caring people.
Rumor has it that Lea has been working with Ryan Murphy to contribute to the third episode of the season, which is going to be the tribute to Cory that also focuses on Finn’s death. While there is no word as to if they are going to incorporate addiction into the storyline, there are going to be PSAs that air throughout the hour to encourage those who are struggling to find and seek out help.
