‘Anger Management’ season 2 spoilers: Charlie Sheen finds replacement for Selma Blair

Anger Management -It only took several weeks following her dismissal from “Anger Management,” but Charlie Sheen has finally found what he was looking for: A concrete replacement for Selma Blair.

Sources have confirmed that singer and actress Laura Bell Bundy, fresh off of an arc on The CW’s “Hart of Dixie,” is set to join the FX comedy as a new series regular in the role of Dr. Jordan Denby, a new partner for Sheen’s Charlie Goodson in the sex study that he was working on with Blair’s Kate prior to her exit. This Jordan character is described as a recent divorcee who has issues with alcohol and mood swings. Depending on how she fares on the show and with the cast, she could stay on board the show for the rest of the show’s 90-episode run.

Bundy has also appeared on “How I Met Your Mother” and “Guiding Light,” and she also has some major stage experience courtesy of “Legally Blonde: The Musical,” which means that her last major experience on stage went significantly better than Charlie’s did with that awful tour that he went on trying to perform “live comedy.” She is also not the only major addition to the show this year, as we are also going to see a lengthy stint from Brian Austin Green, playing the new boyfriend of Shawnee Smith’s Jen and serving as a new foil for Charlie.

Now, will any of these changes make “Anger Management” feel like anything more than a marginally-funny show that was obviously put together far too quickly? We’re not that optimistic, but we will give the first episode back a chance.

Do you really think that there is any saving this show at this point? As always, we want to hear your thoughts below! If you want to read some more news related to this Selma Blair debacle, just be sure to visit the link here.
