‘Big Brother 15’ live feed spoilers: Howard Overby on Amanda controversy, racism

Howard speaks out -If you listen to some of the post-“Big Brother 15” interviews with Howard Overby today, it probably feels more like you are watching an episode of a daytime talk show than a game related to strategy and competition. Everything is all about the drama in the house, but then again, there may have been more interesting questions for Howard had he made bigger moves in the game rather than being so kind and reserved. He seems like one of the nicer guys on the season, but there were questions surrounding something that he allegedly said to Amanda not long before his eviction.

So did he really tell the woman who was trying to get him out that he wanted to “f*** the **** out of her” after the game was over? In his interview to Zap2It, he denied that and claimed that Amanda is blowing everything completely out of proportion:

“No. No. It wasn’t anything to that degree. Basically, I said we could hang out, you’re so hot. She had always joked with me in that fashion, even in public around other houseguests. … It was said in a joking manner. If she took it as [threatening], I will apologize over and over because I definitely didn’t mean it in an offensive manner.”

On the subject of racism, Howard attributed some of the comments to the age of the cast, and also called it a “bad reality” that exists in this world:

“Those are the things that happen when you have a very young cast, an immature cast this year, which also made the game hard to play because you needed more chiefs and less Indians. People were afraid to make a move. The most astonishing things were people who had big mouths for saying disrespectful things, but when it came down to doing stuff that mattered, they were timid in doing so.”

We will have another update straight from the live feed soon, but for now be sure to click here if you want to read some more news all about what is happening within the walls of the house.
