‘Supernatural’ season 9 spoilers: The episode 3 title is…
Considering that the second episode of “Supernatural” season 9 is going to be titled “Devil May Care,” isn’t it only appropriate that angels are referenced in the third episode title?
According to a tweet from show producer Jim Michaels, episode 9×03 is going to be titled (at least at present) “I’m No Angel,” and it is going to be directed by Kevin Hooks. Meanwhile, the writers listed for the episode are Brad Buckner and Eugenie Ross-Leming. This is Hooks’ first time directing a “Supernatural” episode, but he has a pretty incredible back catalog of work that also includes directing installments of “Prison Break,” “Human Target,” “Last Resort,” and more. Meanwhile, Buckner and Eugenie Ross-Leming have a robust history that includes such season 8 episodes as “Taxi Driver” and “Man’s Best Friend with Benefits.”
Of course, it’s easy to bust out the speculation when you hear a title like this, and for good reason: Who is the “angel” that we are speaking about here? Based on the fact that most of the angels are now on earth trying to scramble through life as humans, this is clearly meant in a much more figurative setting. Who knows? Maybe Castiel finds a way to get himself into some more trouble while on Earth, which is something that Misha Collins fans should really enjoy seeing. (Some scoop in the past has suggested that we will see Castiel doing almost everything from “eating” to “fornicating” over the course of his run as a human.)

Wow I am so amazed. I and many other fans loved Taxi Driver. I loved how Dean had to go thru a lot to save Sam including killing Benny, He and his brother didnt get along because he didnt want Sam to go to hell due to he was worried and then found out later he was in purgatory and seeing Bobby. Then Benny who was ready to go back anyway was willing to sacrifice himself for Dean to get his brother. The show I didnt like much was BItten then Freaks and Geeks but I loved Taxi Driver

I was excited to hear the title of this episode since I love the angel stuff in Supernatural and Cas is my favorite ever, but that excitement is dampened a little by finding out the writers. I sincerely hope that this episode is more enjoyable to me than “Taxi Driver” or “Man’s Best Friends with Benefits” were. Of course, these two also wrote “A Little Slice of Kevin” which was an episode that I really enjoyed, so maybe there’s still hope.

That is a great name with a lot of potential, but the previous episodes were a bit concerning. There were major plot holes and several divergences from previously established canon in the Supernatural universe. I hope they stay true to the series and, especially, to Castiel’s character. I have a feeling his transition to being a human could be a phenomenal side plot or an unfortunate comedic background to the other stories. Castiel’s character development is what I’m most excited for and most concerned about in the coming season. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Any other show would have canned those two writers. Mans Best Friend. . . made me embarrassed to call myself a fan of this show.

I hope those 2 writers in summer at least watched some previous eps of spn because they were not good & screwed so badly with canons

This is horrible. Eugenie wrote for Second City Comedy Troupe in Chicago. Belushi carried her ass. Writing sketch comedy is a lot different than scary.
