‘Burn Notice’ season 7: Bruce Campbell confirms end of series finale filming

The end is here -Anyone who loves “Burn Notice” better prepare to start getting a little bit emotional now: After seven seasons of action, randomly creating spy gear out of nothing, and watching things explode, the USA series has wrapped production in the city of Miami.

For the cast, we imagine that the feeling has to be mixed. While there may be opportunities to do some new and exciting things now, they are saying goodbye to a set that was part of their family for years. So when you read the following tweets from some of the show’s actors, it is easy to feel the emotion that they felt Wednesday in saying goodbye.

Bruce Campbell – “Sammy has left the building. Kudos to the fans who kept Burn Notice on the air for seven long years. You have enriched my life. Thank you.”

Gabrielle Anwar – “And then there came ice-cream. Wrap.”

Jeffrey Donovan – “7 Seasons 111 shows Cast & Crew of Hundreds. It’s over. Don’t be sad it’s over. Cheer that we ran this long. Fans… It was all 4 u!!!!”

Coby Bell – “That’s a wrap! We’re all BURNED OUT! A huge THANK YOU to all the #BurnNotice fans!!!”

So what comes next for these actors? While we’ve heard that Anwar already has some gigs lined up, there are also whispers about USA staying in business with Bruce, whether that means a “Burn Notice” spin-off, another movie, or something else entirely. Obviously, they have figured out when you have someone who is a bit of icon on board your network, you want to try and keep them around however you can.
