‘Top Shot All-Stars’ episode 7 review: Can anyone beat Kelly Bachand?
After watching Alex go home last week on “Top Shot All-Stars”, we realized that we are entering the part of the competition where even the smallest mistakes could send anyone home.
We have made it no secret that we think that Kelly Bachand is going to go far this season (probably win it all) and it seems that people in the house might be feeling the same way. Some contestants claim that although he’s an internet celebrity of sorts and people love him, that inside the house many are having a hard time connecting with him and are hoping to see him sent to the proving ground so he can be eliminated. Is this jealousy or something else?
This week the contestants faced a very difficult challenge that would turn them upside down… literally. Each shooter will spin a wheel to determine what position that they will shoot their target from. They will then be strapped to a life sized wheel and be spun around three times before being locked into the position chosen before hand. Then they will shoot their target and whoever is closest to the bullseye wins. Kelly was outstanding as usual and kept his streak of coming in first or second place since the beginning of the competition going strong, but this time around Chris came in first winning the challenge. Adam, Jamie, Gary, and Brian all ended up heading to the proving ground.
At the proving ground it was a simple task of getting the bullet closest to the bullseye to ensure that they didn’t end up going to the elimination challenge. Unfortunately for Jamie and Gary, they just couldn’t land their shots closest to the bullseye and will be facing off.
The elimination challenge this week is shooting bullets through a series of tubes that decrease in size. The race was really close, but in the end Gary take out the last target, sending Jamie home.
Were you surprised to see Jamie go home, or do you think it was his time to go? Leave us a comment and tell us who you think is going to win this season of “Top Shot All-Stars”

No not surprised at all to see Jamie go home. He was overconfident and cocky, and that always turns out to be a losing proposition. I was getting tired of his attitude anyway and am glad Adam won.
P.S. Kelly is gone and he had a valid point; in every individual competition, he finished either first or second. In all the squad events, his squad went to the proving ground and this turned out to be his downfall. I have to agree with him on this issue, the one problem with this season is that none of the events should be team based, it should all be single matches to truly find out who is the “top shot”.

I was very surprised to see Jamie go home. He had been shooting great. But at this point the competition level is incredible. Three of the shooters in the Proving Ground were simply outstanding. I think only a precious two or three of all the competitors are even close to being safe in the whole competition (Kelly and Chris for sure).
