‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ review: Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurita’s phone fight

This week on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” we had an episode that was all focused on relationships, whether you are talking about the relationships between cast members, their spouses, or their families. It was at times not the most eventful episode of the show, but it once again showed us that those “problems” that are supposedly getting better for some of these women are not quite there yet.

Want one example of this very thing? See what is going on with Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita, who are extremely busy at the moment playing the blame game over this whole fight, and everything that comes with it. We hear that these two will make progress, but you have to remember that this in itself is an incredibly slow process.

It’s crazy to think, but after seeing so much ridiculousness when it comes to Teresa and her constant fighting over the past several weeks, we were glad to see a hilarious bit involving Kathy Wakile and Melissa Gorga trying to spice up their relationships. Also, it was uplifting to see Teresa’s dad finally get out of the hospital, and inject a little bit of reality into what at times has been a season lacking some of that.

More than anything else, what we do appreciate about this season of the show so far is that even though we are rehashing a good bit of the same garbage over and over again, at least we are feeling like we are getting somewhere with these stories. After all, we had some of those trademark “lunches with friends” to begin to hash some things out. Good news, right?
