‘Glee’ season 5 notes: Lea Michele, Naya Rivera, Darren Criss around the world

With “Glee” season 5 production starting up next month, some of the stars apparently have a rather good philosophy on travel: Get it in now, since in the matter of a month’s time, you’re not going to have a chance.

This article is all about where some of the show’s stars are at the moment around the world, and some of what they are doing there. This just goes to show how busy these people truly are, as they are interested in doing such a wide array of things despite exhausting themselves a good percentage of the year taping musical numbers and learning their storylines.

Lea Michele – Back in her hometown of New York City, Lea had an opportunity to step out for a Feeding America benefit put on in part by Target. You can see her look here, which involved a side ponytail, a black skirt, and a pair of shoes with red soles that any fashionista out there is exceptionally familiar with.

Naya Rivera – While Lea was in New York, the woman behind Santana stepped out in West Hollywood for the launch of the Elizabeth and James Fall 2013 Handbag Collection with InStyle Magazine. Her outfit of choice? A dark green mini that showed off plenty of leg. Naya, like Lea, was close to her roots here in that she grew up in the Los Angeles area.

Darren Criss – No, Darren did not grow up in Paris. However, he did recently hit the streets of the city as a part of a promotional trip. Criss ironically is hitting France not long after his onscreen love interest Chris Colfer was there promoting his movie “Struck by Lightning” along with his book The Land of Stories.
