‘The Bachelorette’: Desiree Hartsock, Brooks Forester endorsed by recent castoff

Well, the list of people endorsing Brooks Forester as Desiree Hartsock’s future fiance is getting pretty overwhelming. We’re not sure that we have seen so many people endorse one single contestant since Brad Womack’s season of “The Bachelor,” when it was pretty clear from day one that he was going to pick Emily Maynard as his future wife.

So who is standing behind Brooks now? We’re talking about none other than the recently-eliminated (and the once-heartbroken) Brandon Andreen. Speaking out in a conference call recently, Brandon made it pretty clear just how confident he was in Brooks’ positive qualities, and that Desiree is giving him the goo-goo eyes even though she has only known the guy and his impressive mullet for a couple of weeks now:

“Hands down, every time I would see Des look at Brooks — you could just tell. You were just like, ‘Wow, she really likes him. He was the one I absolutely thought from the get-go that if it wasn’t going to be me, it was hopefully going to be him.”

What a sweet thing for Brandon to say! Seriously, we hope this comes across as some proof that not every guy on this show is simply interested in just getting ridiculously famous, and then blasting everyone along the way as a means of getting more publicity for themselves.

Brooks does still have a long ways to go until he reaches the finale, as he will have to contend with traveling the world, hometown dates, and even overnight dates. While he is a favorite, there is still plenty of time for something to happen.
