‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4, episode 2 preview: First look at ‘Turn of the Shoe’

It is certainly not going to take long at all for the drama on “Pretty Little Liars” season 4 to escalate. Next week’s episode is entitled “Turn of the Shoe,” and almost from the get-go there are going to be a few key mysteries that need some sort of resolution.

Want to go through them, piece by piece? Well, so do we. The unfortunate thing here is that ABC Family really did not give us very much here to work with. Instead, we have half of a promo that is filled with promotional material for various social-media accounts, along with a few shocking moments at the start:

1. Spencer is apparently going to find out that Toby has not been completely honest with her, which is a problem given that there is a massive reason right about now for them to have some major trust issues.

2. Aria looks as though something is really going to push her to the edge.

3. Is that Paige floating in a swimming pool at the end? We don’t really think that the show would kill her, mostly because it would be rather sadistic to take out two of Emily’s love interests in a row. After just seeing one death, having another one happen so soon would feel almost like overkill.

As for the question as to who is that woman in black, we sadly don’t have much of a clue just yet; personally, our hope is that this will be illuminated over time.
