As we prepare to see the latest episode of The Voice 24 in a matter of hours, why not check out Nini Iris and Sophia Hoffman’s battle now?

Obviously, if you have watched the show a lot over the years, then you have a pretty good sense of what to expect here. The format is so stringent that it is really up to the performers themselves to take it in some way over the top. So is there something positive that we can say about these two contestants from Team Niall? We like to think so!

If you head over to the link here, you can see both of these women have a really great time as they do their best to rock out to Blondie’s “Heart of Glass.” They bring a lot of passion and emotion to the table here, and they also seem to genuinely enjoy performing together. Even though they are technically a part of a competition environment, they don’t have to dislike each other and this is proof of that. It’s also something that the coaches pick up on, as well.

Is it fair to say that we think both of them could advance? We think the uniqueness of Nini’s voice is probably enough for her to win this battle, but we could easily see Sophia being stolen by someone else. She shows in here a lot of range and the ability to do some unique things melodically with this song, which was hard given that they were handed a pretty straightforward arrangement. She’s also only 18 years old, which means that she will be susceptible to a lot of teaching and there is a lot of room for her to grow into the sort of performer she really wants to be.
