‘Two and a Half Men’ season 10 spoilers: Alan’s new dilemma

Two and a Half MenSo what is coming up on “Two and a Half Men” this season? CBS has just released the full synopsis for the upcoming “My Bodacious Vidalia” airing on May 2, It’s a pretty strange title for what looks to be a strange episode. After all, we’re getting ready to witness something a little bit surprising, as none other than Alan Harper is set to have himself a makeover following what will be the end of his relationship with Lyndsey.

Of course, only this show could manage to turn a positive right back into a negative. While Alan does seem to have some success when it comes to impressing the ladies with his new duds, he may not be winning over the sort of ladies that everyone else is hoping for him to:

“When Walden encourages a depressed Alan to update his look and start dating again, Alan faces a moral dilemma when he attracts a married woman.”

Unlike some other comedies out there, even including another Chuck Lorre production in “The Big Bang Theory,” it really does not appear as though “Two and a Half Men” is planning to end the season with any sort of big storyline in mind. After all, the three biggest stories of the year (Alan and Lyndsey, Walden and Kate, and Jake’s various romantic problems) have all been resolved already, and perhaps this is a plot to ensure that there is something more to offer for a potential season 11 in the fall. CBS has not officially renewed the series yet, but given the improved ratings following the Jim Parsons comedy, it’s assumed that it will happen.
