‘The Walking Dead’ season 3 finale spoilers: Andrew Lincoln, Dallas Roberts on shockers

The Walking DeadSo what can you really expect during the season 3 finale of “The Walking Dead”? As we’ve tried to stress time and time again this week, there really is quite a bit pertaining to it that is still remaining a mystery … and understandably so. The episode is so shocking, AMC hasn’t let really a soul out there see it in fear of spoilers getting out, so we’re all going into Sunday night cold … but also with both an anticipation level and adrenaline riding high.

Just in case you wanted yet another reason to be pumped about the death, the shockers, and the overall (insert crazy swear words of stunned excitement) feeling, just check out what Dallas Roberts (Milton) had to say about the finale to “Access Hollywood“:

“I think that nobody’s gonna feel let down. You’re gonna feel satisfied, but you’re definitely gonna want more. It’s epic and I don’t say that lightly. It’s epic.”

Meanwhile, even Andrew Lincoln (per E! News) is admitting that he was more than a little bit surprised by what he ended up seeing during the hour:

“That episode doesn’t pull any punches. It’s pretty much what everyone has grown accustomed to in our season finale. It’s carnage, and there is death. Something happens that I find incredibly shocking that relates directly to my character and the prison family. It really came out of left field for me and I never expected it. When I read the script, I was really shocked.”

So is at the greatest risk of dying? We have to put Milton on the list, but other strong candidates include the Governor, Andrea, Hershel, and possibly even Rick’s newborn daughter. We would be especially surprised if the show targeted Rick or Daryl, especially after what happened this past episode.

What is your anticipation level for the finale? If you want to hear what Robert Kirkman is saying about this episode (and early season 4 plans) right now, you can find out over here.
