‘Anger Management’ season 2 spoilers: More on Lindsay Lohan, Charlie Sheen

As we reported recently, Lindsay Lohan is going to have an opportunity to shoot her guest-starring role on “Anger Management” prior to entering a court-mandated treatment facility, and with that in mind, we now have a few more details as to who the troubled actress is going to play.

According to E! News, Lohan will in many ways be playing someone she knows quite a bit about already: herself. We don’t necessarily know for sure that her character is “Lindsay Lohan,” but she will be doing things such as promoting whiskey-infused gum on the show and talking about parole during the episode. Ultimately, it’s nice to see that like the show’s star in Charlie Sheen, Lindsay has found a way to poke fun at herself.

If there was going to be some sort of place for Lindsay to work right now, Sheen’s show would be ideal for a number of reasons. It’s fairly structured in that they shoot episodes so quickly, there is little time for anyone to really deal with any drama away from the show. In addition to that, Charlie’s own history likely means that there is a cast and crew in place who is very supportive, and can offer some advice as to how to press on despite some tough times.

Will Lindsay have a chance to turn her career around? It’s hard to really speculate on that, and we won’t really be able to find out until after her rehab stint is complete.
