‘The X Factor’ USA notes: Emblem3, Fifth Harmony, and Demi Lovato

Emblem3While Tate Stevens is wasting no time following “The X Factor” season 2 in order to release his debut album, Emblem3 is doing something rather similar … at least when it comes to heading out on tour.

In a new video on Tuesday, the band confirmed that they are going to be embarking soon on a trip that will span the northeastern United States, and also of course a major city in Chicago, as they perform what will probably be a mixture of original songs from before the show along with some of their most-notable covers from the time in which they were rocking out on TV. The list goes as followings.

March 20 – TLA, Philadelphia

March 22 – Irving Plaza, New York City

March 23 – iPlay America, Freehold, New Jersey

March 24 – Paradise, Boston

March 27 – House of Blues, Chicago

Clearly, this is not the most extensive tour ever, but it is an opportunity for fans to see the band rock out prior to their major-label release. The three pride themselves on the ability to perform live, so it’s hardly a surprise that they would be the first act from this season to tour extensively.

Speaking of groups… – Want to see a day in the life of Fifth Harmony? Fuse recently recorded the video below of the group while they were visiting the Grove in Los Angeles on the day of the Top Shop opening.  The video features some laughs, some introspection, and also a cameo from Demi Lovato.

Speaking of Demi, meanwhile, did you realize that her new single “Heart Attack” is already #1 on iTunes in several countries? In case you have not heard the song yet, we have it for you below. (Be sure to pick up your copy now!)
