‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 4: How Joseph Morgan is spending his break

The RagerWe have already told you a little bit about Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev going overseas to China for a bit of a break in the middle of filming “The Vampire Diaries” season 4 for the holidays; and based on what we are seeing now, it looks as though one of the other stars of the hit CW show is looking to kick back over the course of the holidays with some good books.

In a new post on Twitter, actor and resident evil hybrid Joseph Morgan (who has proven over time to be one of the show’s biggest bookworms) announced that he is on the hunt to try to find something new to sink his fangs into:

“Anyone get any good books for Christmas? I got two biographical books about my ol’ favourite Tom Waits ;) #bookrevolution

He responded back to a number of suggestions sent in by saying that he loves J.R.R. Tolkien, and that he is hoping to start reading the George R.R. Martin books in the A Song of Ice and Fire series (which is of course the inspiration for “Game of Thrones”) at some point in the future.

As for what we are going to be seeing Morgan’s Klaus up to in the near future, expect to see his story with Caroline continue to intensify, though probably not in a romantic way. After all, the man just committed a massacre in Mystic Falls, and Tyler’s own mother was one of the victims courtesy of a rather vicious drowning.

What do you want to see happen with Klaus next, especially since it is really rather hard seeing the character becoming even more sinister than he is already? If you want to read some more “Vampire Diaries” season 4 scoop on Caroline and Tyler, you can do so over here.
