‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 3 spoilers: Moving beyond the winter premiere
Over the past month or so, we have shared plenty of scoop when it comes to the “Pretty Little Liars” winter premiere airing on ABC Family on January 8; and with that in mind, we are crossing over now to the episode of the show that will be broadcast the following week entitled “Mona-Mania!”. As this ever-so-clearly points out, it appears as though many of our beloved Liars are going to be in for a world of hurt courtesy of the show’s famous female schemer.
Do you want some more details pertaining to just what you can expect from the hour? Let’s hope so, since ABC Family released the official synopsis for the installment prior to the Christmas break that suggests that there will of course be some trust issues not only when it comes to Janel Parrish’s “reformed” character, but also Aria and her father over the revelation that he knew Alison DiLaurentis far more than anyone was actually aware:
“After the shocking events at the school marathon, Aria, Emily and Spencer are sure now more than ever that Mona is up to her old tricks. Hanna, still holding out hope for her former friend, is not so sure. With Mona seemingly popping up everywhere, it sure seems like she has a plan. But with no real evidence to prove Mona is back to her evil ways, how can the Liars prove what they believe to be true?
“Meanwhile, Aria’s fears about her father grow stronger when something vital that is hidden in her room goes missing.”
What makes Byron Montgomery such an interesting character to watch on this show is that he should be someone (at least in a perfect world) that Aria would not have to suspect of being anything other than a loving dad. However, what makes this show so interesting is that the adults all have roles to play in addition to the teenagers, and oftentimes they are not always working with some of the best intentions at heart.
