‘Bones’ casting news: Brian Klugman joins the interns

“Bones” season 8 has decided to shake up the cast a bit and bring a new intern into the lab for Brennan to guide (and unintentionally torture) as they solve crimes using the bones left behind.

So who is going to be the newest intern at the Jeffersonian lab when “Bones” returns to Fox in the new year? According to TVLine it will be none other then Brian Klugman.  Who is Brian Klugman you might ask? Although you may not know his name he is someone that has been guest starring on many of our favorite shows for years, such as “Fraiser”, “Psych,” “Castle,” and “House”, but most people will know Klugman from his role as Charlie in the film “Cloverfield”.

So what will Klugman’s intern character be like? Well it looks like he’s going to be a super smart scientist named Oliver Wells, who will be so confident that he won’t be intimidated by Brennan and her sometimes harsh management style. Wells will have four degrees behind him, which will explain his arrogance, but likely won’t fly with Brennan for very long before she finds a way to put him in his place.
