‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 6 spoilers: Raj’s Christmas gift

The holidays are coming up on “The Big Bang Theory” season 6, and for one person in particular in Raj, he could be receiving the greatest Christmas gift of all.

Why is that? After years of waiting, it looks as though Penny, Bernadette, and Amy are going to actually lend Kunal Nayyar’s character some help in finding a woman. The good news? Based on the first-look photo to the left, they are going to make sure that he is good and drunk before they even try. We have no idea how they are going to be able to get over the talking problem, mostly because this is what has saddled Raj for most of the show’s run thus far.

Unfortunately, we are still not that optimistic as to the chances of Raj actually landing a girlfriend during this episode, or anytime in the immediate future, for that matter. Why is that? We just have not heard any casting announcements about some actresses who are joining the shows for extended arcs. If there is someone making an appearance, then the producers are doing an incredible job keeping it a secret.

Expectations are surely high for this episode; after all, “The Big Bang Theory” has over the years delivered some of the best Christmas episodes over the course of its six seasons in between Sheldon getting a napkin with Leonard Nimoy’s DNA on it to even Leonard finding some reasons to smile beyond just his on-again, off-again relationship with Penny.
