‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: Who is coming between Chris Colfer, Darren Criss now?

KlaineWe already know that Blaine has already found one way to cause problems in his relationship with Kurt on “Glee” season 4, and it all comes courtesy of a guy known only as “Eli C.” that caused the two to break up. Even though it looks as though there is hope that the two could be getting back together during the upcoming “Glee, Actually” episode, is that really the case? Well, the following story may force you into being a little bit nervous for the pair all over again.

According to a new report from Deadline, British actor Oliver Kieran-Jones has been cast to play the pivotal role moving forward on the show of the head of what is basically NYADA’s version of a glee club. Kurt is going to be a part of the school now that he has been accepted in for the winter semester, and this is someone who will be both a mentor and a love interest to him. Does anyone else see parallels here to how Kurt first met Blaine? They are pretty obvious (at least to us) at the moment.

Kieran-Jones’ only major American credit at the moment is the Showtime series “Episodes,” and his current deal is actually rather similar to what Darren Criss and Chord Overstreet had when they both joined back in season 2: he is listed as a recurring player for the rest of the year, but depending on the success of the part and whether the writers come up with anything new for him, he could be promoted at some point down the road to a full-time regular.

What do you think about this casting, and are you already worried about the status of Klaine moving forward? If you want to watch the first preview for the “Glee, Actually” episode, you can do so over at the link here.
