‘Duck Dynasty’ season 2 preview: Does Willie push his staff to far?

It’s always hard to make big changes at work, but when your staff are also your family making those changes can be next to impossible.

On tonight’s episode of “Duck Dynasty” Willie is going to make Jase, Si and the rest of the crew in the warehouse very unhappy unhappy unhappy when he implements his new “motivational work tactic” – making the boys wear uniforms while making their duck calls. From a viewers stand point it doesn’t make a lot of sense to make the guys put on a uniform, especially these guys and it seems that it isn’t going to motivate them to do anything except get upset, which is exactly what happens.

Jase and company decide that they are going to go on strike about the uniforms and “working conditions” at Duck Commander and picket in front of the warehouse with home made signs saying things like “these uniforms suck” and an arrow pointed at themselves.  Although the plot of the episode (Willie making them wear uniforms) seems more like a prank then a real motivational tactic, it looks like the situation is going to bring a lot of laughs.

Miss Kay will be playing a bigger role on tonight’s episode too as she will be taking her home cooking on the road as she tries her hand at cooking in a food truck for the masses of West Monroe.
