So be sure to refresh this article throughout this episode — we’re going to be revealing more notable names as the episode goes along!

Louie Knight – He advanced, and then proceeded to perform “In My Place” — inspired by a song in a home movie.

Julia Gargano – She performed “New York State of Mind” as a way to honor her home city, which has been hit really hard by this current health crisis.

Jovin Webb – The Louisiana performer fittingly chose a song in “Voodoo” that felt really perfect when you think about his backdrop.

Grace Leer – The country singer chose to do a rendition of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” — a hopeful song in a time we all need hope.

Jonny West – Great lighting on Jonny here as he belted out the Journey classic “Faithfully” — Margie remains with him!

Sophia James – Most appropriately, she chose to belt out the Beach Boys’ song “In My Room.”

Arthur Gunn – The singer was reminded of his home in Nepal when he performed the John Denver hit “Take Me Home, Country Roads.”

Just Sam – This performance of “Grandma’s Hands” meant something special to her personally — and we also think it honored Bill Withers.

Dillon James – He chose to give us a countrified version of “Yesterday” — and we’re not surprised that he made it through.

Francisco Martin – Francisco did “Falling Like the Stars,” one of the few songs on the show tonight we didn’t know.

Makayla Phillips – She was the wild-card recipient, and she chose to do a version of “The House That Built Me” by Miranda Lambert.

Alas, Franklin Boone was the most memorable contestant eliminated. We’ll miss him, Lauren Spencer Smith, and some of the other artists who did not advance.
