ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2: [Spoiler] leaves in new sneak peek
Who is taking off from the Hamptons on Sunday night’s new episode of “Revenge” season 2? It seems like only yesterday that they were first arriving on the scene, but now we are being forced to say goodbye already to one Kara Clarke … for now.
As the first of our sneak peeks shows off here, Emily Thorne’s mother (who doesn’t quite know it yet thanks to her name) has made the decision that with everything going on at the moment with Conrad Grayson’s arrest and the death of Gordon Murphy, that she finds it best to high-tail it out of town. She tells all of this to Victoria, but is she really planning to leave? That, dear readers, os a worthy question. We’ve already learned that there is far more to Kara than meets the eye, and she is well capable of lying through her teeth while plotting something malicious to avenge the man that she loved.
The announcement that Kara is leaving does cause a major case of the awkwardness, especially when it comes to Emily first learning about it. This second via (via “The Insider”) shows us a rather sad moment as Emily VanCamp’s character sends her some well-wishes, and then also some on behalf of her “daughter” Amanda. Notice the poetry here? It is a sweet moment in the midst of despair, but with Emily, it’s well possible that she could have a motive of her own to keep Kara around. While she may hate what happened to her as a child, Kara is now of use to her in that they could very well want the same thing, at least so long as she believes that Conrad is responsible for the White-Haired Man’s death.

Background music in Revenge is too loud!! The actors speak softly and the music drowns them out. Please make adjustment!!!
