ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 5 spoilers: Who’s going wild?

“Castle” has touched on some pretty unusual ground in the past, so it really should not come as too great of a surprise that they are doing so again for an upcoming episode; however, what could end up stunning a few more people is just what sort of ground that we are talking about here.

According to a new report from E! News, the upcoming 11th episode of the new season is going to feature some of the detectives investigating a franchise known for exploiting young women to show off parts of their body for their cameras (which should sound familiar to anyone who watches TV and sees the commercials late at night), and one of them is going to take a liking to a certain member of the team. Who is it? It’s not Castle; instead, it’s none other than Jon Huertas’ character of Esposito.

We’re really not sure at the moment just how he is going to respond to this at the moment, if for no other reason than that he has developed some sort of relationship with Lanie over time, even if it is more of the “friends with benefits” variety than a full-fledged relationship. Maybe this story will allow him to take a little bit of a closer look at this, since it will be airing early next year, maybe even a few weeks before the day of love celebrated on February 14.
