‘Ink Master’ season 2, episode 4 review: Tattoos in all the strange places

We have seen some pretty crazy tattoos and clients on “Ink Master” over the years, but we still have to say that some of the work that was shown off in this episode has to rank as some of the stranger. After all, where else are you going to see a show that features a head tattoo, a tattoo on a certain part of the female anatomy, and one of the most insane clients that we have ever seen surrounding by a theme of new-school art? It’s really not that often that we feel sorry for any of these people being that they signed up for this; however, Nick really drew the short end of the stick here given that his client kept changing up what exactly she wanted.

If you want to know who is to blame for all of this, it was Tray, who emerged on top for what was literally a flash challenge in a face-off with Sarah Miller that nearly caused her to melt down (and she has done some of that lately with Kay Kutta). However, she did something that was really impressive following this challenge: she listened, and thus she ended up winning the new-school challenge later in the day.

So who ended up being sent home at the end of the day? Let’s just say that Nick’s client ultimately did him in. Even though he did present some better colors than Lalo (who was in the bottom two with him), the pretty poor design was enough still to do him in.

Are you loving the insane drama on this show so far, or is there a part of you that wishes there was someone who was a little bit easier to root for?
