You can get a good sense through that of some of the exciting stuff that he brings to the table through the field of molecular gastronomy — he presents dishes in a way few people ever has. One of the best things about this cuisine is that he takes ideas and dishes and presents them in a way that you’ve never seen before.

By the end of this episode, we’re hoping that there are going to be some opportunities for some excitement and drama — and for a surprising elimination or two. That is a part of what comes with cooking in unusual ways. It levels the playing field. Very few people are going to be familiar with this sort of cookery or presentation, and we’ll get a chance to see these people all tested like never before.
