‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 4 spoilers: Todd Williams’ Connor takes center stage

If you enjoyed the introduction to the vampire hunter Connor on Thursday night’s new episode of “The Vampire Diaries,” there is some good news coming your way now: you’re going to be seeing plenty more of the guy before the CW series ends up wrapping its third season. What is a little bit interesting at the moment, though, is that he is such a prominent villain despite being someone who, at the end of the day, can be killed off like any other human.

So what is this man going to be up to during next week’s episode? Sadly, this for the time being is going to remain somewhat shrouded in mystery. We know that he will be getting the opportunity to greet Klaus for the first time, and we are really quite sure that this is going to make for some rather good television as these two always-opinionated parties will surely not back down from each other at all.

So what other story is next week’s episode really going to be all about? That we do not know for the time being, mostly because it feels as though much of the story as at a standstill. Outside of Connor, it doesn’t appear like there is much some of the Mystic Falls residents can do at the moment. Elena and Stefan are seemingly together, Bonnie obviously failed in turning Nina Dobrev’s character back into a human, and Tyler and Caroline now have each other without anything really getting in the way when it comes to the sort of relationship that they want to have.
