‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: The latest on Jessica Sanchez, Bette Midler
So what’s coming up next on “Glee”? While we don’t have anything in the way of concrete details to share in our latest spoiler article for the show, we do at least have some pretty funny speculation worth sharing courtesy of one executive producer Ryan Murphy.
First things first, Murphy seemed to finally confirm the recent casting of “American Idol” star Jessica Sanchez by posting the following message on Twitter, which in many ways suggests that the show could be getting set to tribute someone who Lea Michele looks up to as her lifelong idol:
“With voices like Jessica, Lea, Naya, Melissa, Amber, and Jenna…Streisand episode?”
While seeing Barbra Streisand appear on “Glee” would be something that exists a little bit more only in dreams, there is still something else that seems to be more of a reality: Bette Midler coming on board. Murphy also shared on his social-media page that he recently asked the legend to be on the show in front of literally a thousand people, and she ended up saying “yes.” Now, the question is just who she is going to end up playing. While we have heard countless people suggest that she could take on the part of Rachel’s grandmother, we’d be just as happy to see her play either a NYADA professor or someone from Rachel and Kurt’s New York City neighborhood. So long as she gets the opportunity to sing on the show, we have a feeling that we will be more than satisfied.
Which one of these potential guest stars are you more excited to see turn up on the show?

Those singers (such as Barbra Streisand, Bette Midler, etc.) might be legends and/or famous; no doubt!
But it is only the presence of the world’s sweet prodigy star Jessica Sanchez in the “Glee” that can make me (and more likely almost all of her fans) start watching Glee without missing any of its forthcoming episodes.
It is as simple as that…
