Blindspot season 4 episode 19 preview: ‘Everybody Hates Kathy’

Blindspot season 4

There is something so incredibly appealing about Blindspot season 4 episode 19, and a lot of it starts with the name. “Everybody Hates Kathy” is an absurd title for an episode — it obviously is reminiscent of Everybody Hates Chris, and the name Kathy itself is kind of fun. It feels like the sort of name a television producer would give to the meddlesome character at the office who pries into everyone’s business and messes some stuff up for them.

Sure, we’re confident that at some point along the way, you will see some actual action in this episode beyond the frivolity that we’re finding within its title. This is an episode that will bring up some elements of Weller’s past, which is worthwhile given how much of the season has been focused a little bit more on Jane’s. Why not spread some of the love around when it comes to the insight? We’re always going to welcome getting some more opportunities to learn about our characters, but this shouldn’t take away from any of the chaos that is going on within the present.

For a little bit more news on that, all you really need to do is take a look at the full Blindspot season 4 episode 19 synopsis below:

04/19/2019 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) (Friday) : The team discovers an international conspiracy when a deadly weapon is stolen, Jane (Jaimie Alexander) supports Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) when someone from his past dredges up painful memories, and Patterson (Ashley Johnson) and Rich (Ennis Esmer) contend with their newly-released hacker accomplice. Also starring Rob Brown as Edgar Reade and Audrey Esparza as Tasha Zapata. TV-14 V

Within this episode, we’re going to have seemingly a couple of different threats that the team is working to take on. First, you’ve got the theft of the deadly weapon, which seems to be the sort of thing that you sound some alarm over and get all hands on deck. You’re not left with a whole lot of time to think over a solution when someone could destroy a good chunk of the world. You just have to act, and act quickly, instead.

Meanwhile, within this episode there are also going to be some fantastic opportunities In order to see another epic hacker-mission with Patterson and Rich at the center of it. This partnership has become one of our favorite parts of this show over time, mostly because when we first saw Rich as a part of this show, it was hard to ever imagine him really becoming the guy we’re seeing with so much prominence now.
