The Blacklist season 6 episode 10 spoilers: The cryptocurrency story

The Blacklist season 6 episode 10 will be coming your way on Friday, March 8, and “The Cryptobanker” will dive into some interesting subject matter. Given everything that we’ve seen on this series over the years, is anyone else shocked that we haven’t dived into cryptocurrency more? It’s the sort of subject matter is almost perfect for this show with its wide array of different currencies and also colorful characters who exist within this world. It’s going to be complicated, but also potentially fun. This is one of the things that this particular show excels at — making almost every subject fit into this world. With this one, they may not have to work all that hard.

03/08/2019 (09:00PM – 10:00PM) (Friday) : The Task Force delves into the unregulated world of cryptocurrency in order to stop an impending attack, while Red (James Spader) undertakes a risky endeavor in order to secure his freedom. Ken Leung, Becky Ann Baker and Coy Stewart guest star.

In some ways, the thing that is the most surprising in reading this synopsis is the simple fact that The Blacklist is still going to have Leung and Baker around as the prosecutor and the judge — meaning that at this point, the court case will still be going on. Reddington has spent a lot of time this season fighting for his freedom and that’s something we don’t imagine is going to get any easier for him. He’s been trying to grab a needle out of a haystack and to date, he’s struggled to properly grasp the right one. That may happen eventually, but he’s gotta find the right needle first.

For Liz Keen, the longer Reddington stays behind bars, the better it is for her. After all, this allows her more of an opportunity to do some digging into his past and better find some of the truth surrounding his true identity. She needs just about every advantage that she possibly can — that’s what happens when you are squaring off with a criminal mastermind, one who has a well-documented history of being always a few steps ahead.
