Blue Bloods season 9 episode 13 video: Danny vs. the paranormal

Blue Bloods season 9 episode 13 is now officially less than a week away, and we’ve got a greater sense now than ever as to some of what you’re going to see.

In the video, you can get a small sneak preview of some of what you’re going to see over the course of this upcoming installment — at least for two important members of the Reagan family.

Frank – Did Tom Selleck’s character really nominate someone for a prestigious award? He learns about this via a conversation with the archdiocese, and it’s pretty clear immediately after this just how unhappy Frank is. There are many things that we’ve come to know about Frank over the years, with one of the biggest ones being that he does not like to be played for a fool. He doesn’t like someone thinking that they can get one over on him and clearly, this guy thought he was going to be able to sneak something through and nobody was going to notice. Clearly, the guy thought wrong and now he’s going to have to deal with some of the consequences.

Danny – Meanwhile, we may be seeing one of the strangest cases we’ve seen to date for Donnie Wahlberg’s character, courtesy of a woman who claims that she has a spiritual connection to a deceased party. She makes it clear that she was told after the person’s death, by said person, that they were murdered. How much is Danny willing to buy into the words of a medium? He may be in a tricky spot here — while we hardly think that he is a firm believer in this sort of thing, this medium may be the only way that he can get answers to what really happened on his latest case. This may be a situation where in order to get what he wants, he may have to play along with this in a way that he may not usually in other situations.

Will there be some other interesting stuff in this episode?

Absolutely. We know that Jamie and Eddie will be working on a case together, Erin will have a storyline of her own, and you’re also going to get a glimpse of Eddie in her (potential) wedding dress at some point. Even in the midst of the police drama, that story is continuing!
