The Flash season 5: Is a new Reverse-Flash suit coming?

If you’ve been a follower of Valdes on YouTube, he routinely posts a fun holiday video featuring himself and Cavanagh. Yet, what’s generating discussion online is what you can see at the very end — a still image of what seems to be Reverse-Flash concept art. There are some close similarities between this and some art that came out years ago, but it seems to be relatively different. Also, it does make a certain degree of sense that a new Reverse-Flash suit could be coming eventually just because of the fact that The Flash himself has had some different suits over the years.
One thing is clear: Whoever shot this video for Carlos and Tom did so with the clear goal of focusing on that image at the very end of it. They clearly wanted us to have some sort of discussion about it. Maybe this is meant to be more or less a reminder that Tom is playing the Reverse-Flash again, or maybe this really is a hint at something greater.
New costume or not, though, we’re pretty excited about the idea of getting to see one of the series’ greatest villains back, even though we don’t still understand precisely why this is the Tom Cavanagh version and not the Matt Letscher one. Still, trying to figure out the Reverse-Flash timeline is an almost-impossible feat in the first place, especially when you think about the possibility of Nora going back in time and presumably changing little things here and there with history as a result of it.
The Flash is going to return with new episodes in 2019 and one of the things that we know for certain is that there are going to be some opportunities to see what Eobard’s relationship with Nora is like in the future. At the very least, it does appear that he’s been manipulating her to do a little bit of his bidding.
