Survivor: David vs. Goliath episode 4 sneak peek: Meet the Tiva tribe
Wednesday night’s new episode will offer up your first look at the green-clad Tiva tribe. (For the record, Tiva will always make us think of Tony & Ziva from NCIS. Anyhow…)

While we don’t know too much about this new tribe just yet, the sneak peek below does make it clear that Gabby has landed on this new tribe and is feeling very much insecure about her standing there. She is also there with Christian, who does his best to comfort her about it. It sounds like they may be surrounded by members of the Goliath tribe, which may land them in a vulnerable place in the event they have to go to Tribal Council. (Based on how many players are left right now, there is probably going to be either five or six people on some of these tribes. Seventeen is an odd number to swap with, given that it doesn’t really work out evenly at all.)
Will Christian and Gabby make it out of this spot okay? We’re inclined to give them a shot mostly because A) not everyone on the Goliath tribe was super-unified before the swap happened (even if this past vote was largely unanimous) and B) we’ve spent so much time investing in their story. Christian has especially come across as a super-competent player, someone who is social and reasonably effective in challenges. The one thing that we worry about is that he may be almost too much of a confident Survivor nerd for his own good since he’s a little more of a threat than people like Cochran and David Wright were during their appearances on the show.
