Chicago PD season 6 episode 5 spoilers: Is Ruzek’s dad a drug dealer?

Below, the Chicago PD season 6 episode 5 synopsis explains some of what you can expect to see for Ruzek here, as his father is going to be very much involved:
10/24/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : While undercover, Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) discovers his father (guest star Jack Coleman) is working for a suspected drug dealer and is forced to ask the question: is his dad involved?
The first thing to be excited about here is the simple fact that we’re getting to see more of Jack Coleman on the series. Who doesn’t love that! He was one of the best character actors out there and he excels at playing these roles with moral ambiguity. He did it great on Heroes for many years and we’ve certainly seen him do something similar on Castle. Given that Ruzek himself tends not to follow the letter of the law, it’s not exactly an enormous surprise to learn that he may have picked up a few tricks from his father over the years.
Of course, with all of this said we really hope that his dad isn’t actually involved, mostly because we’ve seen this guy go through a number of terrible things already. Can’t Adam just catch a break somewhere? Even his relationship with Upton certainly seems hot-and-cold right now and it’s hard to figure out precisely where that is going to go.
