The Amazing Race: What would be the ideal Big Brother 20 teams?
At the moment, here’s what we know about the future of the Race: Season 31 has already filmed, and what makes that one interesting is that it features contestants from Survivor, The Amazing Race, and Big Brother going head-to-head. It’s almost ironic that this season happened before Big Brother 20 given that this season had more tailor-made Amazing Race teams than almost any other that was out there. Just look at some of the candidates.
Brett and Winston – You don’t get a lot of bromance reality teams, given that typically, the ones you see instead are showmances. These two could be somewhat hysterical.
Tyler and Angela – Probably the most-likely team to actually appear, given that Tyler is just coming off of a win as America’s Favorite Houseguest and he and Angela were both in the house a really long time.
Haleigh and Faysal – They absolutely have a number of fans themselves, and if CBS is looking for multiple Big Brother showmances for a season or if Tangela aren’t interested, they could be the pick.
Bayleigh and Swaggy C – While Swaggy left the game early, we do think that there is a chance that they could end up making it on a future season. We know from season 20 that both of them have the potential to make compelling television.
Scottie and Steve – Okay, this isn’t going to happen … but it’s kind of fun to think about given that this is the alliance that never really had a chance to get going.
We haven’t heard too much about season 32 filming, though casting has been going for some time. While we know not everyone loves Big Brother teams on The Amazing Race, but if these reality crossovers do ensure that the viewership is there for the Race and we get more seasons, we are certainly all for it in the end.
