The Good Doctor season 2 video: What’s coming up in episode 2, beyond?
As the promo below makes it clear, though, nothing is going to come altogether easy for Shaun — and that includes some matters of the heart. In the promo below, you can see some of what we are talking about here as the acts out against Lea, feeling as though she betrayed him on some level by leaving town and leaving him behind. Shaun does not always think about things the same way that others do; it’s certainly possible that he is the big reason behind why she came back, but he may not be able to understand that completely.
Beyond just what is going on with Shaun and Lea, the promo also gives you a good sense of Dr. Glassman’s upcoming struggle as he does just about everything that he can in order to battle cancer. this is not an easy road ahead for him and with that, he is going to need a shoulder to lean on and someone to talk to. We do think that Shaun is on the road to being that person, but this is also so much easier said than done. He is going to likely have his good and bad days with it and he’ll need his other friends / colleagues to help him. This is where someone like Claire could come into play; with Jared gone, he may be more reliant on some of her support than he ever was before.
No matter what sort of highs/lows are ahead, we do think one thing is clear from this promo: We’re in for a great season as a whole.
