Wynonna Earp season 3 epiosde 8 video: The dangers of Doc
At the moment, this character is untamed and unhinged, largely due to his vampirism … and potentially also due to the emotional pain that he’s been feeling from his past and present joining forces. He’s a man who acts tough, but also lives in fear of his shadow disappearing. He wants to find a way to avoid being in the grave and wants to find a way to quiet some of his insecurities. The problem is that the course of events that he’s elected to follow are leaving him dangerous, frightening, and in many ways alone.
The way in which Contessa is acting around Wynonna serves as yet another reminder that when it comes to being around her, Doc is making the wrong choice yet again. These are the choices that could come back to haunt him no matter how much longer he lives.
Of course, beyond Doc we do have some more questions, including how the Bulshar story is going to conclude and if Mama Earp still has a major role to play in what lies ahead. Admittedly, we also are hoping on some sort of lighthearted level to be able to see more of Wynonna and Nicole together — after all, a lot of the scenes we saw with the two of them together on this past episode were feverishly entertaining. Of course, more Wayhaught is always a good thing and we do think that more will be coming. This is a show that often balances things out, and since we didn’t get as much of them on this past episode, we feel like the pendulum will swing in the other direction later.
