Suits season 8 episode 7 video: A victory dance & jealousy fears
In the video that we have for you below, you can get a good sense of just what we’re talking about here as it turns out that Sheila is pregnant! They’ve been trying to make it happen for most of the season and now that it has, the two have a genuine moment to celebrate. It’s hard to be anything other than thrilled for Louis, who has gone through a lot and really deserves this moment of happiness. In between being name partner and having a family, virtually everything that he’s ever wanted seems to be coming true. It’s certainly not something that he previously imagined would ever happen for him, but now, we have to think that this is all super-rewarding for him to be able to sit back, look at where he is now, and smile. He’s earned this moment.

Yet, one of the narrative pushes that we can imagine coming up in this episode is just how Harvey Specter feels about the news, given that we’ve just learned that he is dealing with some jealousy when it comes to Louis’ life. As great as Harvey may be as a lawyer, he’s never really been able to sort out all of his issues. We do wonder if this is the sort of thing that could make him realize that he does, in fact, want a future with Donna, but we’ve been wondering about that all season. In some ways, you could have argued that Mike and Rachel’s wedding would be a catalyst for that realization as well.
Don’t get us wrong — this season has been wonderful so far, but this is still a story we’d love to see picked up and addressed a little bit further.
