Succession episode 8 preview: Tom’s bachelor party in ‘Prague’

Basically, everything that you see in here is going to be a reflection of what’s going on in media and the world, a time in which every move is more scrutinized than almost ever before.

The story of the ratings

We knew before tonight that HBO was happy with the performance of Succession in the ratings; now, they have to be feeling happier than ever before.

Why is that? Well, just think about things this way. This past episode generated more than 670,000 viewers, which is its highest total of the whole season. When you see the ratings rise each and every week, you certainly know that you are doing something right.
