Shameless season 8 episode 9 spoilers: Frank’s on the run in Canada

Shameless season 8

When Shameless season 8 episode 9 airs on Showtime in one week’s time, there looks as though there will be one word to describe it: Hysterical. We’ve been building towards this story for the past couple of weeks ago, ever since Frank first decided that this was a great idea of a business venture. Trafficking around Canada made for comedy, but we have a feeling that things are going to go south very soon.

CarterMatt has for you the official Shameless season 8 episode 9 synopsis below:

Frank’s business takes a turn for the worse, sending him on the run through the Great White North. Ian’s run-in with a minister brings about some unexpected allies. Meanwhile, Fiona tries (and fails) to fit in with Ford’s group of friends, Carl’s new girlfriend suffers separation anxiety and Lip must decide whether to tell Sierra about Charlie’s past.

Is there a way in which Frank is going to get out of this situation okay? Well, let’s just say that this storyline is the end result of his refusal to have ambition in the right way. Frank actually had a chance to start the year off on the right foot and with a good job, but of course things weren’t happening quickly enough for him or to suit some of his needs. Now, things are starting to look as though he’s in more trouble than he’s been for most of the series.

We are getting close to the end of the season, and as the story builds we are firmly anticipating a few more surprises along the way. The one thing we feel fairly confident about at the moment is that things are going to go off the rails for plenty of other characters to go along with Frank by the end of the season. Just go ahead and prepare for that.
