Teen Wolf season 6 episode 14 spoilers: Linden Ashby directs!

Linden Ashby

Moving into Teen Wolf season 6 episode 14, there is one thing it’s going to have in common with tonight’s “After Images”: A cast member directing! Following Tyler Posey taking on the role tonight, Linden Ashby (who plays Noah Stilinski on the MTV series) is taking the role on for “Face-to-Faceless,” the next episode set to air on August 20. At the moment, many TV listings sites actually have there being TWO hours of television airing next week.

Why in the world would you want to do something like this? That’s a perfectly good question when you consider for a moment what it’s up against. Why would anyone want to air an episode of Teen Wolf opposite Game of Thrones on Sunday night? We know that the two shows don’t have exactly the same audience, but they probably do have some crossover viewers who check out one and then the next.

Ultimately, we’ll talk about this decision more when we see the ratings for these episodes. For now, let’s just make things clear as to what is coming up.

Teen Wolf season 6 episode 14 synopsis – “Scott, Lydia and Malia have to take drastic measures to quell the growing violence in Beacon Hills, while Liam endures his own gauntlet at the high school.”

We give Scott and company all the credit in the world for trying to take all of this on, given that we definitely don’t think it’s going to be easy. Not only will they be outnumbered, but they are dealing with people who are carrying with them some extreme viewpoints. It can often be rather hard to convince people to change their minds about something when they are this convinced they are right — facts don’t often even work. Take a look at the modern state of things in politics.

Teen Wolf season 6 episode 15 synopsis – “When Scott and the others try to protect two new werewolves, an unlikely ally joins the fight.”

The title for this episode is “Pressure Test,” and we’ll admit that this just makes us think about MasterChef. Is this the episode where Scott teaches everyone his secret recipe for macaroons? (Hey, they are deserts that are already in the shape of the Moon — feels pretty much perfect there.)

It of course makes sense that MTV would be wary when it comes to releasing many episodes on the second episode in advance. Just remember where they are right now in the run! They want their viewers to have as much of a reason as possible to check out both episodes rather than already knowing some of what’s coming.

One thing we do know: After tonight’s episode (which killed off Brett), things are about to get crazy.
