Big Brother 19: Live feed expectations following tonight’s episode

feed expectations

Tonight’s Big Brother 19 episode is almost said and done, so why not take a moment and share some of our first live feed expectations?

The first thing to remember here is that feeds begin at around 10:00 p.m. Big Brother Time, and there is a reasonably good chance that we will know so much more about the house dynamics at around that time. Will that include the Veto winner? It’s possible, but doubtful. We think it’s more likely that will happen this weekend, though CBS should get all of their activity done and out of the way well before they get around to July 4. (There is often a party that happens on the lot that causes an indoor lockdown and some occasional live-feed downtime.)

What we also hope to see is a little more fluidity rather than the guys versus girls thing that is going on right now. It may not be that cut and dry, but it’s close. Right now, things are a little too similar, and there is a certain degree of staleness that can come with that. It also doesn’t help that Cody as Head of Household looks and acts just like the vast majority of the guys that have been on the show over the years.

Here’s what we know right now – Jillian and Megan are the two people sitting on the block, and Cody has done a tremendous job of being a total toolbox and having zero understanding of where things lie in terms of game strategy and social relationships. He’s also interested in backdooring Paul, but we know that Mark isn’t into that and may try to convince Cody to follow suit. Odds are, this is something we’ll get a fairly good sense of within the first couple of days in the game given that these are people who don’t have a tendency to keep their thoughts to themselves.

If you haven’t subscribed to CBS All Access yet (home of the live feeds), you can do so either going to that site or supporting Hamsterwatch or one of the other great sites out there providing coverage of the show.
